DUBAI // A rare olive ridley sea turtle named Barnacle is the latest to be returned to the Arabian Gulf after rescue and recovery at Jumeirah’s Al Naseem rehabilitation lagoon. A new study on the critically endangered hawksbill sea turtles in the UAE shows the species is at risk of disappearing from our shores if more is not done to save them.
